• Tax redirection form (Form 230 / 3.5%) — last name, first name, personal numeric code (CNP), home address, email, digital handwritten signature
• Donation form — name, email

3. Why we process data

• Form 230 — to prepare and submit the income tax redirection declaration to ANAF, in accordance with Romanian tax law
• Contact form — to respond to your inquiries
• Donations — to process your donation and issue a confirmation
• Web analytics — to understand website traffic and improve the site (only with your consent)

4. Legal basis

We process data based on:

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — for newsletter, analytics cookies
• Contract performance / legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(b)(c) GDPR) — for Form 230 and donations
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — for responding to contact messages

• Form 230 data: in accordance with legal archiving obligations (10 years for accounting/fiscal documents)
• Contact data: up to 2 years from last interaction
• Analytics data: in accordance with Google Analytics policy (14 months by default)
